Wuxi Kaimei Chemical Complete Equipment Manufacturing Factory is an enterprise that integrates scientific research, design, production, maintenance, and sales. The company covers an area of over 8000 square meters, with a factory area of over 5670 square meters. There are currently about 60 employees, including 8 technical personnel, 10 certified welders, and 1 certified non-destructive testing personnel. The drilling capacity is 50mm, the lifting capacity is 30 tons, and the thickness of the plate rolling machine is 35mm. There is also a batch of related welding equipment and metal processing equipment. The company has infrastructure such as non-destructive testing rooms, welding testing rooms, and pressure testing (including product leakage testing) areas, all of which are equipped with advanced testing equipment to ensure manufacturing quality requirements and meet the basic production needs of manufacturing pressure vessels. The company started by manufacturing non-standard equipment and has formed a professional unit for manufacturing pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental protection, and water treatment equipment through annual technological innovation and new product research and development. It has a high reputation in the domestic pharmaceutical and chemical industry.
